When will my package arrive?

Depending on the selected shipping option, the estimated delivery times are the following:

Within UK

  • Standard Free Shipping - aim to deliver in 1 to 5 working days ( eligible only for full price  orders (19GBP or over)) 
  • Royal Mail 1st Class - aim to deliver in 1 to 3 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked Special Delivery - next working day by 1pm

      European Union

      • Standard Free Shipping - from 3 to 14 working days ( eligible only for full price  orders (19GBP or over)) 
      • Royal Mail Tracked and Signed - from 3 to 7 working days

      Rest of the world

      • Standard Shipping - from 7 to 15 working days
      • Royal Mail Tracked and Signed - from 5 to 12 working days

          Will the case protect my phone from fall damage?

          We designed our cases to be super slim so the look & feel of your device stays intact. However, in case of an accidental drop, the case will take most of the damaging force and protect your phone. The case itself will probably break though.

          Does the case protect the screen as well?

          There is a small lip corner extending above the screen which protects the phone when it’s laying face-down.

          Do you offer worldwide shipping?

          Yes!

          The item I ordered arrived broken, what should I do?

          Please send us an e-mail and provide a photo of the broken item. We will then send you a new one free of charge.

          I received the wrong item, what should I do?

          Although very rarely, such mistakes can happen. Please send us an e-mail and provide a photo of the received item. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

          I'd like to return the item I purchased. Where should I send it?

          You have 30 days to return the item purchased in our shop. Please send us an e-mail with the reason for your return and send the item to the following address:

          After we check the condition of the returned item, we'll make a refund via the previously used payment provider.
